  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
For all validated street addresses, we typically ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving. During busy season or high-traffic times, this timeframe may be slightly delayed.

We are committed to getting your orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. We work closely with our fulfillment team to accommodate order change requests. However, we cannot guarantee that requests can be granted if your order is already in process for shipment. Please contact us by calling +1-970-508-8705 or emailing support@offtheolivebranchco.com as soon as possible, for the best chance of getting your order adjusted.

  • HOW LONG DOES OIL AND VINEGAR LAST?
Your olive oil is poured fresh for each order. Once the olive oil is poured it is good for 12-18 months. Quality olive oil should taste like items you find from a garden (veggies, fruit, nuts, fresh herbs) so you will know your oil has gone rancid when it has a tired (like old nuts), lactic, or "oily" taste and smell to it. We purchase olive oil that is pressed earlier in the harvest season so it will have a longer shelf life than any other olive oil you'd buy at the grocery store. However, olive oil is not like balsamic vinegar and does not get better with age, use it while its fresh!
  • HOW LONG DOES BALSAMIC VINEGAR LAST?
Vinegar is self preserving so it won't go bad, however we still recommend using the infused balsamic within 12-18 months for optimal flavor.
  • HOW SHOULD I STORE MY OIL AND VINEGAR?
The best way to store oil and vinegar is in a cool, dark, place away from direct heat and sunlight (such as a kitchen cabinet). We do not recommend refrigerating your oils and vinegar. However, the oils and vinegars you use everyday can be stored on your countertop for easy access!
