Produced in the western central hills of Sicily in Palermo, Italy using century-old traditional methods this single estate extra virgin olive oil is made from Biancolilla, Nocellara, and Cerasuola olives. Our olive oils are harvested early in the season, and pressed within hours of picking, and tasted for defects to ensure you receive premium quality extra virgin olive oil.
